XGT Group Training

With XGT, you will build a stronger, more powerful, & leaner body, using traditional strength & conditioning, elements of CrossFit, high intensity interval training (HIIT), military style training, heart rate zones, and sports performance (agility, power, skill) work. XGT is individualized and progressive for every person, allowing you to both challenge yourself and work within your limits. *Sign Ups are suggested for all XGT workouts. (See below on how to.) This helps your coach prepare better and reserves your spot. If you choose to walk in, those signed up will get a spot first. Please be sure to cancel, as we often have a waiting list.

Ready to try XGT? Sign up & reserve your spot!

1. Create a login: Click “Create Login” under “Account Registration” to your left. PLEASE MAKE YOUR USERNAME YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME, ALL SMALL CAPS & ONE WORD.  Example: deannadavis
2. Sign up for XGT: Log in, then click on the class you would like to sign up for under “Class Sign Ups Here”. The date and time will display at the top. To sign up, click “Enroll in Class.”  If a class is full, click “Add to Waiting List” and you will be notified by email when you are bumped into the class.  FYI we estimate that if you put yourself on the waiting list, 90% of the time you will get into the class.
3. To Cancel: Click “Your Classes.” You will see the list you are enrolled in. Find what you wish to cancel & click “Cancel.”    
     

                                                                                      

Notes: 

  • In the “Class Sign Ups Here” section, RED text means there are still available spots, GRAY text means only waiting list spots remain. 
  • You are able to sign up one week in advance, the hour after class begins.
  • Be committed to your intentions, but if you can’t make it, please be courteous. If you must cancel, do so as soon as you know so it gives someone else a chance to have your spot.  If you get bumped from the waiting list and into a class and no longer want the spot, PLEASE cancel it right away so the next “waiter” can get in.


YES Nutrition Program

We want to help YOU say YES! to living a healthier, more balanced life with good nutrition! That’s why we’ve teamed up with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Tori Schmitt of YES! Nutrition, LLC to offer a NEW nutrition program! In the group, you’ll get access to a private Facebook community and monthly group meetings to learn new healthy eating tips, to share creative recipes to try, and to get evidence-based answers to your top nutrition questions. Thrilling healthy eating challenges will keep you inspired and encouraged in your journey to a healthier you. And, yes, there will be prizes too! Alongside other members of the group, you’ll get support and motivation, PLUS access to monthly in-person ‘Share-It Sessions,’ which are nutrition education classes and discussions that focus on a variety of health and nutrition topics. At these monthly group meetings, we’ll talk through your successes, your struggles, and the science behind healthy eating all to help you reach your health goals! As a member of the group, you’ll also get 10% off YES! Nutrition’s 1:1 Nutrition Counseling initial consultations, 1-, 3-, and 6-month nutrition coaching programs, and macro plan! Members can upgrade to our Premium Membership package.

 

Tori is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides medical nutrition therapy, weight management coaching, sports nutrition coaching, event prep wellness coaching, and nutrition education to clients of all ages and stages. She coaches individuals and groups with evidence-based guidance and a realistic, positive approach so you can get the results you desire.
Tori has had published work in Women’s Health, and because she believes in the power of nutrient-dense whole foods, she also works with qualified food companies and industry organizations through social media and spokesperson work to promote their brands.
